The provided map details the Porth Harbour in 2000, and some adjustments occurring in this land nowadays. Overall, it is evident that Porth Harbour experiences various changes, especially disappearance, and construction. In addition, it appears more available for economic pursuit.
In the past, there was a single dock on the northern side, below the public beach. At present, the dock has upgraded to two serving passenger ferries, while the beach remains unchanged. On the west side of the Porth Harbour, there used to be a marina for private yachts, showers and toilets and a car park connected to the main road running from north to south. However, the marina has recently exchanged places with fishing boats situated on the west-east side of the harbour earlier.
In the southwestern section of the harbor, extra showers and toilets have just been provided beside the recent marina spot and a pre-existing second car park linked to the main road. The abandoned castle located on the east-west side of the harbor was replaced by the hotel; at the same time, the public beach nearby turned into a private beach for the hotel. Therefore, a new path that leads to the hotel has been added. At the moment, there are numerous cafes and shops are constructed next to the pre-existing lifeboat.
