Given two maps illustrating the layout of a compact theatre in 2010 and changes that had been introduced by 2012.
Overall, it is clear that the renovation enabled the theater to better cater for audiences and staff and met their demands for event activities, with the introduction of a restaurant and showers.
Commencing with the layout of the small theatre in 2010, the central area in the rectangular building was the auditorium. Inside the theatre, the ticket office and admin office were situated together on the left side of the main door. Opposite to those offices, it was a small cafe. Furthermore, behind the auditorium was a stage. In the most north of the map, there was a dressing room. In addition, the storage room was to the left side of the northern area.
As per the layour completed in 2012, the two offices were demolished to make way for a restaurant. Accordingly, the new ticket office was located in the left corner of the map, and the new admin office was on the north side of the restaurant. The area of auditorium and stage remained unchanged, while the dressing room was replaced by a corridor. Conversely, the new dressing room and a shower place were located on the left side of the stage. In the meantime, the storage place was located in the upper right corner of the map.
