The two plans illustrate the transformation that student accomodation has undergone between now and year 2010.
Overall, the building space has expanded to accommodate more student bedrooms; Conversely, this increased number of student bedrooms and a newly built carpark have resulted from a decrease in garden space.
In 2010, as you enter the main entrance, there is a Hallway followed by a Student Bedroom , but currently, the large hallway area has been minimized to erect an En-suite Bathroom , attached to the Student Bedroom.
At present, the Kitchen serves a dual purpose as Kitchen and a Social area unlike in the past. The Living room has been converted to another Student Bedroom and additionally,a new Student Bedroom has been constructed adjacent to the previous living room, resulting in a cumulative count of five student bedrooms.
It is important to note that the Student Bedroom and the communal bathroom, beside the Hallway and Main Entrance remains unchnaged throughout the renovation of this Student accomodation.
