The maps illustrate the changes that have occurred in a village in the UK between 2000 and the present.

It is clear from the maps that the biggest change that happened at the village was the construction of houses. Additionally, the farmland had completely disappeared by now.

In 2000, there were several houses on the northwest side of the village,while a restaurant and a hotel were located on that side of the road.Additionally,in the southeast of the village were appeared by farmland and a farm, with a few shops nearby these buildings . Moreover, in the center of the map, a pub and a shoe factory were constructed , although both of these facilities were empty at that time.

Currently,several houses in the northwest are expanded. Furthermore, the restaurant and hotel are demolished,and they become empty buildings in the village.At the same time,in the southeast of the map, the farmland and farm are knocked down to make way for a great number of houses.Additionally, in the center of the map, the shoe factory and the pub are now also empty.However,next to these locations, a new playground is built by villager.
