Overall, the theater town experience significant developments in its layout, with the noticeable change being the expansion of auditorium, the demolition of big park and the relocation of most facilities.

In 2000, the auditorium had capable of serving 400 audiences, and a stage and backstage was situated to the northern end. In the opposite side, one entrance was constructed in the middle of the wall faced the main road. To enter the toilets and coats rooms, visitor had to turn left when they went through the entrance, standing at the foyer, and the tickets booth on the right-hand side of the entrance, next to the refreshment stall. Outside the building, there was a large park to the east.

Currently, the are of the theater has become more spacious, allowing around 500 seating capacity simultaneously, adding 2 row seating, from M to P, instead of culminating at M in the past. The large park has been flattened completely in order to make room for the enlargement of the building, leading to all the previous amenities such as tickets booth, a coat room and refreshment counter relocated across the east wall of the former town. The erection of a new restaurant and the addition of an entrance, considering to serve costumers more dedicatedly and respectful.
