By 2001, the library divided into 4 parts with Fiction at the rear, History and Self-help on the left, and Newspaper&Periodicals on the right. The central part was located by the square tables to provide seat for reading books.
By 2009, the library witnessed a major changes, with the relocating of the History and Fiction closer to the entrance, with the Self-help bookcase adjacent to the History ones. The formerly area of the History section was divided into three parts for the establishments of the Kitchen, Economics, and Law. Meanwhile, after Fiction allocated near the entrance, its space was utilized for huge tables, which is vicinity to a new place called children’s area. the Newspapers & Periodicals section was replaced by a Films & DVDs section, adjacent to a newly incorporated computer area. Noteworthy was the replacement of the original eight tables with four longer tables.
