The two map illustrate the redevelopment of the ground floor of a library between 2001 and 2009.
Overall, a library underwent significant development, expanding more things over the nine periods. New facilities were introduced and added, while some items were removed or replaced.
In the upper half of the map, history’s desk in the northwest side of the libray in 2001, dividing into three separate: kitchen, economics, and law in 2009. In the top of the map, fiction were removed in order to make way for establishing larger tables. On the right side of the half map, newspapers & periodicals were removed then replaced by film & DVDs. In the middle of the top half map, the children’s area was erected after nine years. Moreover, several single tables were replaced with share tables.
In the lower half of the map, self- help was also devided into three separate: history, fiction, and self help. Additionally, the librarian’s desk was opposed to entrance while stairs in the southeast corner of the half map were still unchanged. By contrast, two computers were added to the eastsoutheast of the half map.
