The provided diagram illustrates the information on the structure of the ground floor of the library in the years 2001 and 2009.

Overall it can be noticed that the library was developed through distinct department and with established children’s area. In addition, there were also changed shifting arrangements.

To begin with, in 2001, the library has librarian’s desk and stairs in the entrance and it was remained same in 2009. Moreover, in the left side, it has self help and history department in 2001, which is developed in 2009 differently. There were too many section evoluted, such as history, fiction, self-help, kitchen, economics and laws. Besides this, fiction area was end of the ground floor in 2001, but it was shifted other side and expanded tables in 2009.

Furthermore, computers and films & DVD, remained in the same position in both year 2001 and 2009. There were no changed in the right side of the entry gate. In contrast the children’s area transformed in 2009, which enhanced view of the ground floor. As a result, there were substantial development it occurred in 2009 compared to 2001.
