The plans depict the layout of the ground floor of a museum in the years 1990 and 2010.
Overall, the museum witnessed considerable changes over the period. Its local history room, museum office and natural history room were retained, and several other facilities were added.
In 1990, there was a gift shop in the northwest corner of the museum, and a statue was located next to it. A natural history room lay to the south of the gift shop. An archeology gallery was situated to the northeast of the museum, and a local history room was to the south of it. Stairs were located adjacent to the statue. A museum office was situated southwest of the museum, and there was a reception counter next to it.
From 1990 to 2010, the museum saw spectacular developments. The area of the gift shop was expanded and a new cafe was constructed in the area. The archeology gallery was demolished to make way for a childrenʼs interactive zone and a poster display area. However, the local history room, the museum office, the stairs, and the natural history room stayed the same size and in the same location. The position of the reception counter was changed, and the statue was placed in the center of the museum. Moreover, a lift was built between the natural history room and the gift shop.
