This transformation included the introduction of new facilities, such as a farm shop, holiday cottages, a camping field, an area to feed sheep, roads, and solar panels. In addition, some areas, including fruit trees, soft fruits, vegetables, a farmhouse, a river, a bridge, and chickens, remained unchanged throughout the period.
In 1950, Beechwood Farm was not modernized. There was a bridge over the river in the west section of the building. Beyond the bridge, the areas designated to plant fruit trees, soft fruits, and vegetables were located in the middle, surrounded by the track and the river. The top-right corner of the structure was occupied by the sheep area. The barn, farmhouse, and chickens were located on the north side of the building.
Currently, Beechwood Farm has become notably accessible. The bridge, river, fruit trees, soft fruits, vegetables, farmhouse, and chickens remained stable. The area where sheep were kept was converted into a parking area, solar panels, and a camping field on the right-hand side. The track in the center was turned into a road, followed by holiday cottages placed close to it.
