The figures display the changes in the Beechwood Farm between the year 1950 and now.

Overall, layout of the site has remained the same except for addition of solar plant, parkings, camping filed, farm shop, parking, holiday cottages, and a tree. It is noteworthy to mention that the track has now changed into a road.

The old structures of river, farm house, chickens, soft fruits and vegetables are identical till now. While the space for fruit trees now also accomodate farm shop in the front. Opposite to it is a new parking space, which used to be a portion for sheep. The big place for sheep back then is now divided into many new structures such as camping fileld, solar panels, a tree, and a couple of parking spaces. The previous days barn is now serving as holiday cottages, and new place for it is now little below the trianglar juction of the road, little above of the river.
