The plans below illustrate the different layouts of Beechwood Farm, comparing its design in 1950 to its current state.
Overall,it is clear that the main changes over the 70-year period involve the addition of a series of amenities such as solar panels and the construction of commercial facilities, including a camping field, parking areas, and holiday cottages.
The majority of adjustments happened in the top right corner of the plan, where the former sheep farm has been converted into a camping site with tents, two parking lots for visitors and four solar panels. It is also noticeable that the tracks running through the plan have been reconstructed into roads,
In the region with fruit trees, a farm shop along side the road was constructed, showing a preference for tourism. In the meantime, the barn along side the road near the farmhouse has been converted into holiday cottages for visitors, with another barn constructed at the junction of two roads beside the vegetable plots.
