The plans illustrate the southwest airport now and its layout after redevelopment in the next year. Overall, the airport will be expanded and more services will be provided.

In next year, there will be two doors for departures and arrivals respectively, which are one more door than now. Insides the left-hand side of departures area, there is a check-in place, but the place will be replaced into a bag drop area in the future.The check-in place will be located opposite of the bag drop area. The cafe will be moved to beside the first door of departures, where is an empty place in the airport now. Passing through the security and passport control counter, more shops will be built.

Moving on to the arrivals, there is no other services now. But, in next year, a cafe , ATM and a car hire area will be offered. The biggest difference of southwest airport will be the layout and facilities. The layout of the airport will be extended to Y-shape in the future to build more gates. Now, only eight gates are there in the airport. The number of gates will be increased by building another ten gates to accommodate more flights. In the future, convenient sky train will also be provided to replace the walkway now.
