Overall, this place has undergone a number of changes, the most important of which are the disappearance of land used for agricultural activities in favor of a car parking lot and recreational facilities, and the increasing accessibility of the southern beach, indicating a shift from a modestly developed and farming-oriented area towards a visitor-friendly one.
Regarding changes on the northern side of the area, the farm buildings in the middle have been knocked down to make way for a large car parking space, while no changes have been made to the road infrastructure. A further noticeable development is that of the unused land on the west side, which was once separated from the animal-inhabited area with a long fence, but then they have been transformed into a lake partially surrounded by trees. Meanwhile, the agricultural land in the east has been turned into woodland, with a small cafe being constructed above the greenery and near the road. Footpaths connecting the lake and the green area have been put up, leading to the aforementioned parking lot through the woods.
The southern section of the coastal area has also gone through some developments. There used to be cliffs separating the southern beach from the northern land, but with a newly-added step, visitors, upon entering this zone, will have access to the public beach, allowing them to enjoy various recreational activities along the coast.
