The illustration describes two different arrangements of a room for training session with capacity less than or equal to 10 people and more than 10 people. Overall, each room includes some furniture like a presenter’s chair, a whiteboard, morning tea and studying tables and chairs. The number of tables and desks in plan A is suitable with its capacity for under 10 people. In contrast, in order to contain more than 10 peoples in the same room size, there are more chairs in plan B

In plan A, firstly the whiteboard is placed adjacent to the presenter’s chair and opposite the entrance . Secondly, there are only 10 tables combined with 10 chairs for people who attend training session in the middle of the room. In addition, they are arranged as U-shaped and have only 4 seats which individuals can look at the board directly. Thirdly, the morning tea desk is at the end of the room.

In plan B, the location of the presenter’s chair and whiteboard is changed compared to plan A. Particularly, the whiteboard is set behind the chair for the presenter and on the left side of the entrance ,but this location of the board is difficult for people to view. Moreover, the desk serving tea in the morning is expanded and located at the left corner of the room. Next, each table combined with 2 chairs and only 3 tables without chairs.
