In both plans, the entrance is in the top right-hand corner. Regarding the morning tea area, while it is situated in the middle at the bottom of the room in plan A, it is positioned in L-shape in the top left corner in plan B. The location of the whiteboard is at the front of the room, ensuring that all participants have a clear view of it. However, in plan A, the whiteboard is at the top of the room, whereas it is placed slightly lower in plan B.
As for the podium, it is located at the top left corner of room in plan A, while in plan B, it is centrally placed in front of the whiteboard. In terms of seating arrangements, both plans feature three tables arranged in U-shape. However, each table in plan A has three chairs, all facing inwards. In contrast, plan B accommodates more people with each table having six seats – three on each side facing one another.
