The provided is an illustrative diagram describing how liquid chocolate is made. Overall, it is a sophisticated process which involves 10 subsequent stages to be completed.
The process starts when Cocoa trees which are grown in South America Africa, Indonesia produce ripe red pods. Afterwards, the pods are harvested before extracted white beans from them. In the next stages beans are fermented with the help of the leaves and spread in the open-air place under the sun in order to drying the seeds. Followed by this, they are put in a large sacks to measure its weight before sending them to the factory with the help of train or lorry.
After arriving to the factory, beans are roasted in the huge stoves at 350° C. In the next phase, beans are poured into the machine which crushed the beans and remove the outer shells. In the final stage, inner part of the cocoa beans are pressed by the special machines and take liquid form.
