The process diagram illustrates how fabric is manufactured from bamboo. The procedure of making cloth is completed in 9 steps. I will describe all the steps of textile production in this report.
Overall, the process describes how plants are harvested in a suitable season under the supervision of farmers, and how they are woven for consumers by proceeding through different steps.
Initially, the bamboo plants are grown in Spring and harvested in Autumn. The bamboos are cut into strips, and these strips are crushed to make a liquid pulp. Following this, the pulp is passed through filtration, and the long fibers are separated from the liquid.
By adding some water and amine oxide to soften the fibers, the weave moves to the next stage for spinning, and yarn is made from it. The thread is used for the production of fabric. At the end, the cloth is used for many purposes in the manufacturing of shirts, trousers, socks, scarves, and also jackets.
This data was taken from a farmer and also a worker in the textile industry.
