The flow chart depicts the manufacturing of raw and ripe tea with two different processes.
Overall, the making involves various steps, commencing from pan frying of raw leaves just for the removal of bacteria and lasting at compression stage.
To begin with, at the first stage, collected leaves and heated, via pan frying to eliminate the unusual enzymes. Furthermore, the boiled material is then exposed to sunlight by stretching them on mats, the leaves are then transformed into loose and Pu-erh raw teas after drying.
In addition to this, the molding method helps for the fermentation of loose tea. Meanwhile, the resulted ripe tea after molding, undergoes through compression to form a final product, that is ready for sale. Whereas, after significant time of storing, vintage Pu-erh raw tea can be sold by the producers in order to generate the revenues.
