This flowchart describe the procedure of two differnt types of Tea: Pu-erh Raw Tea and Ripe Tea.
Overall, the process consist in several stages, beninning with Pan Frylng then it divided in two branches and ending with two results: Ripe Pu – erh Tea and Aged Raw Pu-erh Tea.
The procedure begins with rolling of Pan Frylng then it needs to stay dryling under the sun, after this will create Loose Raw Tea. From Loose Raw Tea there are two possibilities; one of them are compression of it so we will obtain Raw Pu-erth Tea, after it will be age by storage and make Aged Raw Pu-erth Tea.
Another possibilities from Loose Raw Tea is the fermentation of this, and after that it will be Loos Ripe Tea which it needs to be compressed, therefore crushed with such force, to obtain the final result of Ripe Pu-erh Tea.
