Overall, this process involved four main steps to produce paper from used paper with starting from collecting and transportation, followed by cleaning and processing and lastly rolling of the final product.
In the first step, In order process paper, used paper is collected and transported with the help of big containers through conveyor belt. Than the used paper is than made unfiltered pulp after added into water chemicals, the pulp than must be filtered to water being removed. In the subsequent stage, the filtered paper is added to a huge container with water and soap to be further cleaned and removed contaminant, like ink, with the help of pumping air into container. After than, again water and various chemicals are added to pulp before the final stage and rolling. To create use-able recycled paper rolls, conveyor belt conveyed the cleaned and filtered pulp to rolling, in this process, heated rollers flatten paper and remove excess water. Finally, the recycled paper is rolled.
