I am Susan, and I have been living in the Berrol town for the past 7 years. I am writing to complain regarding the faulty road in front of my house, which was left unnoticed by the municipal workers for years, and so far it has not been repaired yet.
First of all, the quality of the material that they used for building the road was very inferior. The road became clumsy, and drivers have to be very careful while passing through the road. The uneven surface makes it more difficult for the school students to ride a bicycle, so they have to take the alternative way, which is around 3 km far from the school. Apart from these incidents, a week ago, there was a pregnant woman who was unable to reach the hospital in a timely manner for her labor and had to go at a moderate speed due to the poor conditions of the surface.
It would be great if the necessary actions are taken on time to mitigate the issues. I hereby request you to arrange a meeting with our area people to avail some days for the construction rework for the road to be functionally well.
