Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to make a complaint about the system used for garbage collection in my town is not working appropriately.

294/2, Kadduwela Road, Battaramulla is my home address and Im in Suhada Mawatha. Two weeks ago, Kaduwela council trucks collected rubbish, but since last week they didn’t come to bring garbage. Therefore, there are several difficulties and health issues, that people have to face. Bad smell and infected flies in everywhere

made a severe problem these days. In addition, a significant number of neighbors were suffering Dengu fever. If it rains here garbage and other wasted items such as polythene bags, plastic bottles mix with rain water and flowing through the main road. It is disgusting experience for every neighbours in my area.

I would like to suggest solutions to solve this major problem. Preparing a proper time table and allocating one group to this area to collect garbage two days per week. If you could take an immediate attention to this matter, it will be a better decision for the community.
