I am writing regarding a serious problem with the local garbage collection system. We have noticed that the collection system is not discharged completely, leaving a part of the old rubbish in the storage space. Moreover, the reserving area might have a leakage, which lets liquid run away.
As a result, an unpleasent smell has made the neighbourhood unpopular. Children have no longer played at the local park, that made the area less vibrant. Furthermore, the remained trashes attract insects that may cause health issues. If their population grows, the prevalence of infectious diseases will rise, particularly among vulnerable individuals, such as elderly and pupils. Therefore, immidiate interventions are essential.
As the collecting system is too old, its reconstruction would be beneficial. The storage box should have been replaced with a new one earlier. Its environment also requires to be cleaned. Additionally, the discharging machine should be monitored to work properly. I hope these recommendations are practical. I appreciate your consideration and efforts.
