Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to complain about the garbage collection system in our local area. This system not working properly. So I and my neighbours suffering from few problems.

One of the main reason is that, this rubbish collectors not come regularly. Sometime, they come once in a week. If they are come, their time is not fixed. Even thry come in afternoon also when every person is outside of the home. For instance job , shopping and any other type of work.

At the end, all the litter of house collected and they promote mosquitos and rates. Which lead to diseases to kids who play in the society. In addition, also spread fowl smell also. which is unbearable for individuals.

I request you to please do something regarding this circumstances. You take some legal action againt this irregular garbage collection system.
