Dear Sir or Madam,

I am one of your residents, and I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the collecting system of our wastes because there are many technical problems in it.

Since I have been living here for more than seven years, I have recently noticed that the vehicle, which is charged with the collecting process, does not work efficiently as it leaves some garbage in the street due to technical error. This is inconvenient for both society and residents.

Leaving plastic bottles and bags on the streets has its detrimental impacts on our environment. One prominent effect is the unpleasant odor caused by the decayed remnants of wastes left due to improper collection. Moreover, traffic congestion has become another major issue caused by lefting these wastes.

I would like to suggest some viable solution which would be beneficial to mitigate the raised concerns. Fixing the technical insufficiency of the used car may be lead to proper collection for our wastes.

Thank you for your attention, I trust you will take the necessary steps to address the issue.
