Dear sir/ madam,
I am Maya, secretary of Raju nagar area and I am writing this letter to complain you about the malfunctioning of the garbage disposal system for the past two weeks in our locality. We are facing various issues due to substandard maintenance of rubbish collection by your contractors.
Firstly, the main problem is caused by this poor arrangement for segregating the waste products into different categories such as wet and dry waste. Instead of this, all rubbish items were dumped into a single basket which is placed in front of our apartment and this makes our residents to worry about hygiene.
Furthermore, the container gets spilled over because of delayed disposal by the corporation workers, they are coming twice in a week which leads to larva formation in it. It also affects the sanitation of residency which may results in contamination of food, water.
I would suggest you to discard the domestic refuses on daily basis and it should be collected separately into degradable, non- degradable products. I am looking forward for your instant response into this problem as soon as possible.
