Dear Madam or Sir

As a residence lives in the Valiasr region, I am writing this letter regarding expressing my complaint about failing the function of the garbage collection recycle system, which has created concern challenges for settlements.

The delays and inconsistencies in the rubbish collection schedule create serious problems, such as overflowing the bins and producing fuel odors, which not only it damages the appearance of our neighbourhood, but also it may be a source of health hazards for us.

This shortness poses a wide range of health issues, as the debris of food are a nutrias source for growing bacterise, moulds, insects, which soars severe infections on us, especially on our children.

I would suggest increasing the number of bins and changing your collection plan by recutting new staff to enhance the speed of waste collection.
