Dear Sir/Madam,

I trust this message finds you well. I am writing to lodge a complaint against Municipal department, they do not collect garbage on time, in which all people in my area are facing several problems.

I live in suburb area, and the trash bins have been placed to every corner of my city. Although every citizen of my area through rubbish in it, they collect this on the daily basis, but no one came from about seven days.

The dustbins have been pilling of, which cause lots of detrimental effect on our health as well as diseases such as asthma, flue and fever. In addition, there are spreading unbearable smell, in order to that me and my neighbours are isolated in our houses.

I would like to suggest that you visit these area and emphasis to your employees that they do their work on their fixed time. You should positively action for this inconvenience.
