In the given table below it illustrate that the proportion of smokers in males and females between the age of 15 and 20 in britian.
In 1970, the ration of males who smoke is 10% whereas the ration of female is 5%. in different time duration, the ratio of smokers is increasing rapidely such as In 1975, the ration of male smokers is 22%, which is increase by more than 10% than previous and the ratio of female smokers is 13%, which is going up by more than 10%. Similarly, in different time duration, the ratio of percentage of smokers are increasing slightly but in 1995 the ratio of male smokers is decrease by 6% than in previous data, on the other hand the ratio of female smokers also decrease by 5% than previous data. So, the ratio of smokers are decreasing slightly in some last time duration. Whereas Starting data from 10% and 5% of smokers ratio in males and females respectively, we have come to the end of data of 28% and 27% of smokers ratio in males and females respectively which is not good thing to observe.
So, technically, the ratio of smokers are increasing in different time duration, but in last few years smokers people are decreasing by some visible ratio.
