The table gives us different percentages of carbohydrates,protein and fat in different levels of diet which include the average diet,healthy diet and healthy diet for sports.
An average diet contains 40% percentage of carbohydrates and increased to around 50% in a healthy diet and increased rapidly to around 60 % in healthy diet for the sportsman.Similary the percentage of protein in an average diet is 40% and refuses 10%in a healthy diet which is around to 30% and the lowest protein in seen in the healthy diet for sports which is around 25%.
Now the percentage of fat in an average diet is around 20% and remains the same in a healthy diet and decreases only 5% which is 15% in a healthy diet for the sportsman.so we noticed that the higher percentage of carbohydrates is present in a healthy diet of the sportsman and the highest percentage of protein is seen in an average diet and the percentage of fat is same in both diets except in healthy diet for sports.
