Overall, it is clear that the proportion of cardohydrates is highest in healthy diet for sport. rather than average and healthy diet. The average diet has lowest number of cardohydrates, however it contain highest percentage of protein.
On the one hand, healthy diet for sport includes 60 percent of cardohydrates, the highest number than in other dieat areas. Helathy diet consist of 50 percent, and average diet accounts for 40% that shows the lowest persentage of cardohydrates.
On the other hand, it is evident that average diet represents the largest number of protein, accounting 40 percent. By comparison healthy diet consist only 30 percent and healthy diet for sport accounts for 5 percent lower than healthy diet. In addition, third compound shown in the chart makes up for 20 percent for average and healthy diet, while diet for sport represents only 15 percent.
