The table above illustrates information about mangement posiotions held by European woman in four specefic industries the 2006 year.

Overall,the section managers had the highest figure in the table,then executives had the middle percentage of managment roles, making it the second highest figure.It is clearly seen that CEOs percentage the lowest in this proportion.

Looking at this information in more details, we can see that managers in segment of hospitality by 33.14%, then finance is half as much of hospitality (16.39%).Moreover in IT woman had 16.04% what is the well shower and the last one is manucufacturing which is the smallest part of the managers by 9.00%. Therefore Executives woman had 4.58% in finance, what is more they had 1.98% in section manufacturing that is the lowest part of Executives.In IT segment females had 12.82% which is the good percentage at all, additionally hospitality had 19.9%.

Finally the CEOs had the lower percentage then two these sections, hence in finance section female had only 1.98%, and in manufacturing had 1.21% what is the very small sow. Then in IT section CEOs woman had only 6.58%, Hospitalaty is more percentage than thesec segments by 20.6%.
