The table depict the basic details regarding the percentages of student enrolled at Manchester University in 1937, 1967, and 2017.

Overall, the total number of student enrollments increased during the period. The percentage of female students increased while it decreased in the number of males over the years. There was a significant decline in the number of students who lived 40 miles away from the university whereas it climbed significantly in the proportion of international students with more number of countries at the end of the period.

The total number of student increased around 20 times as high as it was at the beginning to over 6000 in 2017. Similarty, there was 10 percent rise in female admissions from 45 percent to 55 percent in the final year. On the contray, the proportion of male admissions declined to 45 percent in 2017, after increasing from 55 percent to 65 percent by 1967.

Suprisingly, only a mere 1-2 percent of students admitted in 2017, which accounted more than a half of the total enrollments in 1937. Meanwhile, the number of international students jumped by over_six times from_more than 100 countries to 32 percent at the end of the period.
