As for the middle-aged group people, both manufacturing and health comprised 15% of employees, which was 3% lower than “other”, and 3% higher than local government. The shares for agriculture, retail and catering contained about 7%. Finally, law was twice as high as accountancy, whose figure stood at 2%.
Regarding the 40-65 age range, manufacturing constituted 23% of workers, being the dominant sector and following by local government, which was 5% lower. The percentages of health and education were similar, at 12%. The other categories closed the list with lowest percentages of workers, ranging between 3% and 9%.
