The table illustrates the number of employees in each sector for 3 different age groups. Overall, it is evident that while the 18-25 age group makes up the majority of people in the retail sector, the 40-65 group predominantly works at the manufacturing sector. Additionally, the highest number of workers in the 25-40 age group works in unspecified sectors.
The manufacturing sector is particularly popular with the elderly at just over 20 people, making it the most prevalent job for that category. Meanwhile, the retail sector primarily consists of people in the 18-25 category at over 23 people but has not proven popular with the rest, compared to just above 5 people for the remaining age groups. The 25-40 group tends to mainly work in unspecified sectors at just under 20 people working in the “other” category.
Interestingly, the law sector sees similar prevalence among all age categories. Similarly, the number of workers in the accountancy sector is nearly analogous across all groups with each having 3 or 2 workers.
