The given chart shows the percentage of national consumer expentiture among five different countries i.e; Ireland, Itly, Spain, Sweden, Turkey whuch is categorized-2002. The expenditure is divided into there catrgories which are food/drink/tabacco, clothing/footwear,and leisure/education.
In Ireland, the percentage of spending on eating goods likefood/drinks/tabacco was 28.91%. The percentage of spending on clothing goods was 6.4%. And tha percentage of spending on leisure and education was just 2.21%. This was the percentage of spending of different expenditure of Ireland in 2002. Now, we see the percentage of spendings in Italy, where spending percentage on food,drinkd and tabacco was 16.36%, the percentage of spending on clothing and footwear was 9.00% and the percentage of spending on leisure and education was 3.20%. In Spain, the percentage of spending on food,drinks and tabacco was 18.80%, the percentage of spendngs on clothing and footwear was 6.51% and thr percentage of spendings on leisure and education was 1.98%. In Sweden, the percentage of expenditure on food, drinks and tabacco was 15.77%, the percentage of expentiture on clothing and footwear was 5.40% and the percentage of expenditure on leisura and education was 3.22%. And in Turkey, the percentage of spendings on food, drinks and tabacco was 32.14%, the percentage of spendings on clothing and footwear was 6.63% and the percentage of leisure and education was 4.35%.
To conclude the above chart, it has been shown that the spendings of above five countries on eating goods was at high percentage as compared with other things such as clothing and education.
