The chart depicts the consumption of the food per capita each week in an unspecified nation Europe over three separate years ( 1992, 2002 and 2012).
It can be seen that, the overall trend was upward except for meat. Additionally, vegetables were consumed the most in a person’s diet.
In 1992, vegetables with 2140 grams were included on a weekly basis per capita, while the figures for meat and wheat were much lower, at around 1148 grams and 837 grams, respectively. After 2 decades, the amount of vegetables and wheat witnessed a slight growth, by about 80 grams and 160 grams in turn. In contrast,meat with 1148 grams being consumed in 1992, which decreased marginally, at about 1132 grams in the end of the period.
Turning to other food, in the year 1992, 532 grams of bean were eaten every week in this country. 20 years later,that of rose minimally, to around 590 grams. Cheese consumption was the lowest in the given chart, with only 113 grams in 1992 and 125 grams in 2012
