Overall, it can be seen that the highest production of Australian milk was in October in both years. Although the lowest place in 2001/2002 was in February, meanwhile second period of time was in July and June.

With regard to the first two years of 2000, the milk output started at 690 in July and began growing in the following 3 months. From August to September the milk production increased steadily by 200 millions litres and the next month it reached the peak of production, that accounted to 920.
