The graphs provide information on the volume of emissions of CO2 in member states of the European Union for various transportation types, and presents the proportionality of spended money in this countries for a diverse category of transportation system.
Overall, it is clear that air transport has thrown more carbon dioxide than other vehicles in the EU, but the smallest measure had coaches. The most money in the EU was spent on roads, while the inland waterways, intermodal and airports received the least funding.
The air public transport has thrown 380 grams of carbonic acid gas per passenger-km, and that is almost three times more than have thrown passenger cars (125). Buses (65) is third in the list of the EU of carbon dioxide discharge, after that coming rail (49), maritime (48), but smaller average had coaches (30).
The EU more have financed roads (52%) and railways (31%), and that is more than 80%, but the rest of finances and it is less than 20% was spent for public transport (10%), ports (2%), airports (1%), inland waterways (1%), intermodal (1%) and others transportation systems (5%).
