After this, from 2012 to 2014, it has maintain a gradual increase, reaching 2.4 million people using it in 2014, making it the third highest used modes of transportation by people in Milan.
Following this, trams has also maintained a moderate improvement from 2010 to 2014, reaching about 2.2 million in the year 2014. Nonetheless, it appears that taxis are the least popular mode of transportation, with a slow improvement every year from 2010 to 2014, reaching only 1.0 million people using it. At last, we can see that people using metro are the highest in 2010, with 3 million people using it. And it can also be observed that it has experienced good flow of improvement each year, finally having about 5 million people using metro as a means of transportation during the year 2014.
