Overall, the young people in Tokyo are usually listening to music in four different ways. The preference of live music internationally seems to be higher than other options.
Young people are really into listening music as there are many ways to listen to your favourite artist. Usually male are more into live music and MP3 player, shown highest in the table 60% and 79%. Followed by internet at 55% and finally the lowest CDs at only 19%. On the other hand female have similar persentages in three of the preference all around 40% , only CDs have 22% of listener being lowest in both.
For international preference we have a clear difference. Most people are definitely into live music rather than recorded as shown in the illustration. 70% of people seem to enjoy live music compared to 26% of people who enjoy recorded music. There are also 4% of people who’s music preferences are not known.
