Overall, France has the highest total spending in five different countries, while Japan has the lowest private spending in five different countries in 2002. In five different countries, public spending is more dominant than private spending.
France is always higher than Germany and the USA. France occupies approx 11.4% ,while the USA only accounts for approx 8,6% and Germany only occupies approx 9,3%. Public spending, France still leads in highest spending, Germany is higher than the USA by approximately 1%. However, compared to the total, the public spending has decreased approx 2,8% from 11,4% down to 8.6%, the Germany and the USA all decreased sharply approx between 2,3% and 2,6%. The private spending, France,Germany and the USA all dropped to nearly the same figure from 2,3% to 2,8%.
On the other hand, Italy is lower than Japan approx 0,5% in the total spending and all are lower than three different aforementioned countries. Italy is slightly higher than Japan between 5,3% and 5,8% in public spending, although the total is lower. In private spending,Italy and Japan are the lowest in five different countries, between 2,4% and 1.4%.
