Firstly, among 5000 respondents, 25% and 40% of club members are accounted for highly satisfied and satisfied about a newly opened theatre. Club members who remained neutral and Dissatisfied are 10% and 15%, followed by 10% of Highly Dissatisfied people.
Similarly, 45% and 15% of General public are satisfied and highly satisfied about a theatre. On the other hand, 20% of those remained neutral and 13% along with 6% are Dissatisfied and Highly dissatisfied
