The two given tables display the results of a questionnare of urban residents’ opinions related to various aspects of life over 30 years from 1980 to 2010.
Overall, among the six categories education had the highest number of this survey in 1980, but in 2010 healthcare received the highest proportion. In 1980, shops and transport system received bad feedback with the same figures and in 2010 environment represented bad results.
In 1980, education had the best results with 82% among the six categories. Shops and Environment showed approximately similar figures, 75 and 72%, respectively. Similarly, transport and accommodation also represented similar results. All six categories received few bad reviews except for shops and transport with the same results (14%).
By 2010, healthcare saw a significant increase with 83% overall compared to 1980 with 64% and had almost similar figures with shops (81%). In contrast, environment and education showed a decline with 64% and 76% overall. Transport system, accommodation and environment had approximately similar proportion (67% ,65% , and 64%),respectively, Finally, environment and accommodation showed dissatisfaction rates in this survey, at 20% and 18% respectively
