Overall, Australian school teachers take the lowest period to achieve the top rate while Belgium teachers’ salaries start at the lowest point and take a long time to reach the maximum figure, but it is lower by twice that of the former one.
In terms of the average salary, Australian school teachers’ starting salary increased by triple to 69 dollars after 15 years or spending 19 years to reach the 77-dollar peak salary. To compare, Belgium and Portugal get the tiniest earnings around 15 or 17 dollars a year and they take 22 to 25 years to achieve their maximum rate, accounting for 35 and 32 dollars two times less than those of Denmark and Japan.
With regard to the remaining two countries, Denmark and Japan allocate the biggest amount of money to school teachers in their first years, respectively 31 and 38 dollars, but take the longest years to get the maximum salary.
