Notably, no-children and lone parent revealed the same trends with the data in 1984 at 19% and 4% respectively. After which, No-children increased by 6% and lone parent rose by 8% over the timeframe.
In contrast, when it comes to one-family households, Dependent children dominating as the highest rate in 1984 at 52% declining rapidly by 16% from 52% to 36% in 2020. Moreover, non- dependent children households recorded a slight drop from 10% in 1984 to 9% 2020, with an opposite change in 2004.
