Firstly, in the usa healthcare sector for women employment had the highest percentage which is 80 percentage when had only 20 % of employment. Just like that manufacturing field had the highest percentage in men hiring which is also 80 percentage when women had 20 % of employment. In the technology field men had the high employment which was 65 percentage comapre to women which was 35 percentage. In field of education employment of men is very low which is 30 % when women had 70 percentage. But, in finace men had only 10 % more employment compare to women which was 55 and 45 percentage.
