The table gives information about the employment percentage of females and males in various sectors, namely technology, healthcare, education, finance and manufacturing in the USA, Germany and Canada in the year of 2021.
Overall, it is clear that the vast majority of the men from the three countries worked in manufacturing, while the high percentage women employed in healthcare sector.
To begin with, the technology was the dominant sector among men, accounting for 65% in the USA, 60% in Canada and 70% in Germany, while the employment of women in this sector had the lowest rate with 35% , 40% and 30%. By contrast, nearly 80% of the women working in the healthcare indicated a large employment rate in three countries, whereas the rate of men had the four times less percent than women.
The 70%, 72% and 65% of the employment rate was belonged to the education sector, while the men experienced a small percentage with nearly 35%. Just over the half percentage of males and females chose to work in finance. The manufacturing remained as a high-chosen sector for males with 80%, 75% and 85%, while female workers tended to work less in this sector between 15% and 25%.
