The conferred table illuminates information regarding the number of awards namely Gold,Silver and Bronze achieved in the London Olympic games by top ten particular countries for the year 2013
From an overall perspective, It has been observed that the United States of America won the highest number of awards in terms of Gold, Silver and overall medals whereas Hungary had the lowest number of awards. However, Russia won the Greatest number of Bronze and was the most consistent country in respect of winning medals.
As it can be seen from the table chart that the highest number of Gold medals achieved by the United States of America at 46 as compared to China,Great Britain and Russia whose numbers were 38,29 and 24 respectively. In terms of silver, the United States of America also topped the list which stood at 29 while the figures for China and Russia were 27 and 26 accordingly. However, the greatest number of Bronze claimed by Russia which accounted for 32 whereas the numbers for America and China were 29 and 23 respectively.
Looking for more details, the lowest number of Gold claimed by Australia as opposed to the number of other bottom listed countries whose numbers ranged from 8 to 13. Moreover, Hungary had the least number of silver, Bronze and total number of awards as compared to Italy and South Korea whose total number medals were the same( 28).
